BioCredit
A biometric lending ecosystem extending microloans secured by your heartbeat. Identity, eligibility, and disbursement collapsed into a single ethical rail for borrowers outside the formal credit perimeter. AI x blockchain for the unbanked.
FinTech architect and developer working at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and biometrics to drive financial inclusion in emerging markets. I build scalable, ethical technology that solves real-world economic problems — starting with the people the existing rails ignore.
The flagship is BioCredit — my biometric lending ecosystem, microloans powered by your heartbeat. Around it: implementation work across Riverbank's payment stack, a B.Sc. in Biometry & Informatics from Kisii University, and a creative IP universe called Wozzo. Different surfaces. Same operating system.

I don't specialise — I synthesise. Biometrics, AI, and ethical finance, woven into one operating system for the people the existing rails ignore.
Three projects across personal IP, employer implementation, and creative ventures. Each attributed honestly.

A payment, invoicing, and reconciliation platform deployed across schools and SMEs in Kenya. I lead solution implementation — admission flows, payouts, ledger reconciliation, and the long tail of client support that turns features into adoption.
A scale-first, entertainment-native animated franchise for preschool — engineered for raw global viewership and a toyetic universe that compounds over decades. Original IP, AI-assisted production, registered out of Nairobi. Trademark filings underway.

Across emerging markets, vast populations exist without traditional ID, credit history, or banking footprint. They cannot prove who they are — and so they cannot borrow even small amounts that would change their lives.
The cost of being unbanked compounds daily: predatory lenders, no recourse, no growth capital. The infrastructure that serves the banked is structurally blind to them.
BioCredit collapses identity, eligibility, and disbursement into a single secure transaction. Three layers, one rail:
Biometrics — identity established via signals every borrower already carries, including cardiac biometrics (heartbeat).
AI — eligibility modeled on alternative data rather than legacy credit bureaus.
Blockchain — disbursement and repayment on auditable, on-chain rails without bank intermediation.
I design the identity layer — selecting cardiac biometric methods over fingerprint or face for robustness in low-resource conditions — and the integration architecture connecting biometric capture to AI eligibility scoring to on-chain disbursement.
I also write the ethical framework: consent flows, data residency, opt-out paths, and the firewall that keeps biometric data out of third-party hands. Inclusion without exploitation is the spec.
A multi-week, multi-document loan application collapses into a single secure transaction. No SIM-only KYC. No risk of identity theft via documents.
The borrower's body is the proof. The chain is the ledger. The AI is the judge — trained, audited, and consent-bound. Built for the people the existing rails ignore.
Cardiac biometric templates never leave the device unencrypted. End-to-end PGP-grade key exchange protects borrower identity. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC harden every communication rail; DNS hygiene closes the side doors.
The system is hardened against ransomware vectors, browser-fingerprinting attacks of the Genesis Market class, and account-takeover via stolen cookies — because trust is the only durable asset in lending to the unbanked.
Total supply, distribution, utility, governance, fees, and burns are explicit — not afterthoughts. Repayment behaviour is token-graded; governance weight scales with borrower history. Sequencer fees subsidise first-time borrowers and dampen volatility.
The settlement layer is multi-rail: smart contracts and dApps on programmable chains, EFT and BIN routing for traditional rails, NFC / QR / IoT ring tap-to-pay for the last mile. EOAs are the borrower's identity envelope; epochs anchor the audit trail.
It's a nexus project — the synthesis point where biometric research, AI eligibility modeling, blockchain rails, and broader industry & policy intelligence converge into a single working hypothesis about ethical finance for the unbanked.

Six operating principles. Each one earned the hard way.
A task gets done once. A system keeps doing the task. Every problem is an invitation to find the leverage point, then build the workflow around it.
If it's not written down, it didn't happen. Documentation isn't bureaucracy — it's how decisions outlive the people who made them.
X vs Y, not X alone. Clarity comes from edges. The best questions are comparative.
"Likely" and "unlikely" beat "definitely." Honest forecasting is more useful than confident hallucination.
The work matters. The byline doesn't. The right idea executed quietly outlasts the wrong idea executed loudly.
Federation politics, missed targets, hard months — all fuel if you process them instead of suppress them.
Verified, dated, and earned the slow way.
